Planning an event involves many moving parts, and our goal is to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible. In addition to the policies outlined below, our team is happy to provide guidance on trusted local professionals. Be sure to ask about our preferred vendor list, which includes experienced caterers, bartenders, rental companies, and event services familiar with Mill Hall. A first installment payment is required to reserve an event date at Mill Hall. Receipt of this payment constitutes a confirmed booking and results in the immediate removal of the selected date from availability.
All first installment payments are non-refundable.
This payment secures the venue and compensates for administrative preparation, scheduling commitments, and the loss of the opportunity to book the date for another event.
In the event of cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling by the client for any reason, the first installment payment shall be forfeited and will not be refunded or transferred to another date.
Food & Beverage Policies:
Can I use my own caterer?
Yes. You may hire any licensed catering service. Ask about our prefered vendor list.
Can I hire my own bartending service?
Yes. You may hire any licensed bartending service.
All events at Mill Hall are scheduled for 6 hours.
Additional setup and teardown time may be arranged depending on availability.

Upon remittance of the event deposit and confirmation of your booking, you grant Mill Hall LLC the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, publish, and display any photographs or video footage captured on the premises during your event, whether taken by Mill Hall staff or by third-party vendors acting independently. Such media may be used for marketing, promotional materials, website content, social media, print advertising, or any lawful purpose connected to the business operations of Mill Hall LLC.
This permission extends to all individuals attending the event unless a written objection is submitted prior to the event date. Mill Hall LLC will make reasonable efforts to honor requests for exclusion when submitted in advance; however, Mill Hall LLC assumes no responsibility for images captured by guests, outside photographers, or other non-affiliated individuals.
